Houseboats on a lake near the Baltic Sea
Year-round houseboats are located in Mielno – Unieście, on the waters of Lake Jamno, 300 meters from the beach of the Baltic Sea.

Houses on the water in Mazury – a region of lakes
Three year-round houses on the water are moored in the port of the Joseph Conrad Hotel, in the town of Pisz, on Lake Roś at the beginning of the Great Masurian Lakes sailing route. Near the port, there is the Joseph Conrad Hotel, on whose premises there is, among others, a swimming area, a beach volleyball court, a table tennis table, a rental of water and tourist equipment, including: kayaks, boats, bicycles, SUPs, windsurfing, and cross-country skis. During the summer holidays, a windsurfing school is open.

House on a river near Warsaw
A year-round house on the water located 40 km north of Warsaw, on the Narew River, in the vicinity of the Zegrze Reservoir, popular among Warsaw residents. The house on the water can accommodate up to 4 people, consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is equipped with a kitchenette. There are also two terraces (including one on the roof).

Apartments on a lake in southern Poland
Year-round apartments on the water are located directly on the surface of Lake Rożnowskie. A jetty leads to the rooms. The apartments are part of the Lemon Resort hotel, which offers playgrounds, a squash court, water attractions (a cruise on an electric catamaran or a motorboat, kayaks, SUPs), a spa, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bowling, and a football pitch. Lemon Resort is located on a lake near the famous Dunajec River, with a view of the Beskid Mountains.

Houseboats in north-western Poland, close to the Baltic Sea
“Porta Mare” rents houseboats in three locations in north-western Poland: Kamień Pomorski (floating and stationary boats), Świnoujście (stationary boats), and Szczecin (stationary boats). The boats can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Each boathouse has a living room with a kitchenette, bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.

Houseboats on an island on a lake
Brzozowa Island (Wyspa Brzozowa) is located on the border of Warmia and Mazury. It is one of the largest islands of Lake Narie, one of the cleanest lakes in Poland. Two boathouses with private jetty, sauna, and rooftop terrace. Summer sailing school: during the holidays, it is possible to purchase lessons with an instructor on Optimist class boats and larger units that allow for family sailing.
