Where to have lunch or coffee?

  • There is no café in the Museum building. It’s difficult to find a café or a restaurant within walking distance with kids. To have lunch or coffee you would need to drive to e.g. Plac Trzech Krzyży or Rozbrat Street

Other relevant information:

  • The Museum has recently moved to the new location in Solec Street and it constantly develops. It’s a convenient destination if you plan only a short  (about 30 minutes) visit:
    • There is one permanent exhibition that children will love: “Zone of Sounds” features 120 musical instruments from Asia in a small room with video presentations, music, and one instrument that it is allowed to play yourself
    • There are usually two temporary exhibitions, e.g. man and woman in traditional Muslim communities, embroidered fabric from Central Asia, Indian paintings
  • In the Museum building, there is a small store where you can get souvenirs, jewelry etc.
