Summer 2025

About Roller skating, film-making & English summer camps (Półkolonie “Angielski na Rolkach”)

The Elsa Kids&Teens Language School has organized English-speaking summer camps for eleven years. The camps are run in the Mokotów district of Warsaw every week of the summer holidays (from June 30 until August 29, 2025), and are dedicated to children aged 6-12. The main attractions include learning and improving roller skating, creative film art projects (yes, children will produce and record a movie!), interesting tours around Warsaw, and a lot of exercise in the fresh air. All this is under the supervision of English-speaking instructors.

Online meetings for parents about the camps

  • In English: Saturday, 24/05/25 at 11:00 and Saturday, 21/06/25 at 11:00
  • In Polish: Saturday, 24/05/25 at 10:00 and Saturday, 21/06/25 at 10:00

Details of the summer camp program

  • All-day care by English-speaking instructors
  • WARSAW ON SKATES: Participants learn and improve rollerblading in a cheerful English-speaking environment, visiting the most enjoyable recreation places in Warsaw with the Rolko-bus (e.g., the Stegny track, the National Stadium, parks, pump tracks, playgrounds, and other fascinating destinations). Every day, there are new places and attractions – rollerblading is a great way to discover and get to know your city better.
  • MOVIE: In the time free from sightseeing and training, children spend time preparing a film adaptation of works of children’s literature. Every week, there is a new project. Children learn how to create simple scripts in English, create storyboards, work on green screen effects, and try their hand as actors. They prepare the visual setting, costumes, and make-up.
  • Parents are invited to an online movie premiere at the end of each week. The distribution of awards and diplomas traditionally follows the premiere.

Are you wondering how to organize a vacation for your child and want the best use of this time? Do you believe that children need exercise during the summer break, and at the same time, a stimulating environment is essential to you?

If you have to work during the summer holidays or you just want to provide your child with valuable activities, we guarantee that you will feel:

  • The joy that your kid is looking forward to the next day of the camp.
  • Pride that your child is in his/her element in an English-speaking environment.
  • The satisfaction that your child receives a tremendous dose of outdoor exercise.
  • Excitement with the invitation to the film’s premiere screening in which your child will show his/her talent.
