About Culinary Summer Camps with Little Chef

Little Chef offers Culinary Summer Camps in Warsaw (in Mokotów, dedicated to children aged 7-13), Culinary Camps by the Baltic Sea (dedicated to children aged 8-12) as well as Cooking-Sailing Camps, Cooking-Biking Camps in Masurian Lake Region, and Cooking-Hiking Camps in the mountains (dedicated to children aged 11-16).

Day camps in Warsaw, Summer 2025:

When: June 30 – July 4, July 7 – 11; July 14 – 18, July 21 – 25, August 18 – 22, August 25 – 29, 2025.
Age: children aged 7-13 (all children are welcome, even if they have never cooked, but want to try).
9 am – 5 pm.
Location: Warsaw, Mokotów, Tadeusza Rejtana 15 Street (Little Chef Cooking School).
Participants don’t need to know how to cook.
Activities: cooking various dishes from around the world, learning techniques, meeting chefs, trips to local markets and farms, and outside activities (weather permitting).
Language: Polish (all teachers speak English).
Maximum group size: 14.
Price: 1800 PLN. The price includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner (prepared by children).
50 PLN discount for returning students and siblings (for the second child).

Cooking-sailing summer camps in Mazury – Summer 2025:

When: July 26 – August 2, 2025 and August 2-9, 2025.
Duration: 1 week.
Age: children aged 11 to 16.
Location: Mazury (Masurian Lake District).
During a week-long cruise around Masuria, children learn to cook and open up to new tastes. They cook with fresh products delivered daily to the yachts. Each crew is supervised by an experienced skipper/chef who cooks all meals with the children. Children learn about the history and culinary traditions as well as basic cooking techniques, meet the chefs of local restaurants, and learn how to prepare local Masurian dishes.
Participants sail large, 29-foot yachts (8.90 m). The yacht’s crew is max. 7 children. Children will get to know the unique sailing climate in Masuria. Children learn how to navigate a yacht and how to care for it.
The program includes, apart from cooking, sailing training, history of sailing, art classes, team-building games, and working with a map and a compass. Every day, after entering the port, children participate in various activities.
The project’s founders are parents and sailing enthusiasts with many years of sailing and culinary experience and qualifications to work with children and teenagers. Their passion is to instill in children a love of sailing and cooking, teaching them independence and responsibility.

Culinary Camps by the Baltic Sea – Summer 2025:

When: June 28 – July 5, 2025.
Duration: 1 week.
Age: children aged 8 to 12.
Location: Puck village, by the Baltic Sea (50 m from the beach), „Na fali” hotel.
Participants live in a hotel 50 meters from the beach. The rooms have bathrooms and are all on one floor of the building. There are 2, 3, or 4 children in each room. The camp is for a maximum of 20 children. The children are looked after by three instructors/chefs.
Children cook their daily meals (dishes from all over the world) under the supervision of the chefs. Children don’t need to know how to cook. The supplier delivers fresh products every day. Children, together with instructors, prepare all meals during the day. There is a dedicated workshop room at the disposal of the camp participants, which is intended only for the group. Inside, at the work tables, the workshops will be conducted daily by the chefs who work at the Little Chef Cooking School in Warsaw.
There will be bonfires, beach walks, water games, and excursions.
Activities include daily culinary workshops, a visit to the castle, an amusement park for children in Puck, a trip along the seashore, motorboat trips on the Gdańsk Bay, a boat trip, and games on the beach.
Transport of children to the camp by bus from Warsaw (included in the camp price) or on your own.

Cooking-biking summer camp in Warmia/Mazury – Summer 2025:

When: July 12-19, 2025.
Duration: 1 week.
Age: children aged 11 to 16.
Location: Warmia/Mazury (Masurian Lake District).
During a week-long cycling trip around Masuria, children learn to cook and open up to new tastes. Participants cycle between campsites, where a kitchen awaits them, where they cook meals together. Children learn about the history, culinary traditions, and basic cooking techniques, meet the chefs of local restaurants, and learn to prepare regional dishes.
Learning to be independent: A bicycle camp is an excellent introduction to adulthood. Children help to set up tents, cook all meals, pack their belongings, and set off on their bikes.
The camp program includes bonfires, baths, canoeing, culinary workshops (every day), a culinary workshop in a Masurian restaurant with local chefs, and visits to interesting places and museums.
Children can bring their bikes or rent a bike on-site.
Participants sleep in 3-4-person tents. The organizers of the camp provide tents.
All meals are prepared by children under the supervision of instructors/cooks from the Little Chef Cooking School in Warsaw. Fresh food is delivered to the camp every day.
Luggage, tents, etc., are transported by a separate bus.

Cooking-hiking summer camp in the mountains – Summer 2025:

When: August 23-30, 2025.
Duration: 1 week.
Age: children aged 11 to 16.
Location: Beskid Żywiecki mountains.
Participants live in a mountain, fully equipped house with a garden, preparing meals and resting after everyday hiking.
During a week-long hiking camp in the mountains, children learn to cook and open up to new tastes. Participants cook meals together. Children learn about the history, culinary traditions, and basic cooking techniques and learn to prepare local dishes.
The program of the camp includes, e.g., learning orientation in the field and moving along mountain trails (a compass and a map will have no secrets), first aid training, setting up a camp in the forest, a course on edible plants, a trip to the forest with a forester and watching animals.
