Summer 2025

About Creative Summer Camps in Warsaw with Klockownia

The camps are organized by Klockownia – Poland’s largest creative play center. Camps run throughout the summer, and each week has a different theme: Artists’ Week, DIY Week, Constructors’ Week, Discoverers’ Week, and Detectives’ Week. In addition to creative games and workshops, children play outside daily and go on trips twice a week.

  • Location: Klockownia, Centrum Handlowe Górczewska (Shopping Center), Górczewska 218 Street (Bemowo), location on Google Maps.
  • When: from June 30 until August 29, 2025. 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.
  • Age: children aged 5-12.
  • Language: Polish (the Klockownia team speaks English).
  • Price: 999 PLN per week – promotional price valid only for registration by May 31. After May 31: 1199 PLN per week.
  • Three meals a day. Each week has a different theme, two trips, and participants play outside daily.
  • Every week, a different theme: Artists’ Week, DIY Week, Constructors’ Week, Discoverers’ Week, and Detectives’ Week.

Artists’ Week – Create!

  • Polish name: Turnus artystów – twórz!
  • Mural Odyssey. Children will create a large mural on a specially prepared surface. Each child will add their part to the joint work, which will be the permanent decoration of Klockownia.
  • Fashion Design. Participants will design their costumes or accessories, using paints, recycled fabrics, beads, and other materials. They will try their hand at creating artistic fabrics and embroidery. There will be a mini fashion show.
  • DIY – Mosaic handicraft. Children will create unique mosaic patterns in pictures, frames, or coasters.
  • Photo Exhibition. Children will learn the basics of photography, taking pictures of the surrounding nature, animals, or their artistic works. There will be a mini-exhibition.
  • Sculpture. Creative sculpting workshops, where children create figures and compositions from selected materials such as clay, wire, and foam.

DIY Week – Get to Work!

  • Polish name: Turnus majsterkowiczów – działaj!
  • Garden experiments. DIY wooden herb box.
  • Super Robots. Creating a wooden superhero/robot in the carpentry shop.
  • Building a wooden lighthouse. Children will design and make wooden lighthouse models, which they will later decorate.
  • Playing with electronics – LED lights. Learning the basics of electronics by creating glowing projects, such as personalized LED lights.
  • My project. Once you learn the basics, you can create something entirely your own!

Constructors’ Week – Build!

  • Polish name: Turnus konstruktorów – buduj!
  • City of the Future. Children will design and build a city model from various materials: cardboard, wood, blocks, and other raw materials.
  • Bridges and towers from foam and toothpicks. Building extraordinary bridges and towers – testing their strength and solving construction problems.
  • Construction Team. Children will design and build innovative structures from large blocks together, taking on the roles of different contractors. Everyone will have their role and task, but for the project to succeed, children must COOPERATE!
  • Construction challenges. Children will create surprising designs of gardens, housing estates, and labyrinths by creating complex structures from small blocks in groups.
  • Base without limits. Children will create a base where everyone can be themselves throughout the week!

Discoverers’ Week – discover!

  • Polish name: Turnus odkrywców – odkrywaj!
  • Lost Civilizations. Children will conduct their own archaeological “digs”, discovering fossils, artifacts, and collecting traces of ancient civilizations.
  • Scientific experiments. Every day, new physical and chemical experiments will be educational and exciting.
  • Space Odyssey. Space flight simulations, creating rockets from paper and bottles, and learning the universe’s secrets.
  • Treasure Hunt. Field games with maps, clues, and tasks that will help discover hidden “treasures”.
  • Secret powers of nature. The discovery of the extraordinary properties and abilities of animals, plants, and other natural wonders. Children will try to change shape like an octopus, check why bees dance, and try to remember the terrain as well as elephants.

Detectives’ Week – a clue!

  • Polish name: Turnus detektywów – trop!
  • Outdoor Criminal Puzzles. Children will solve criminal puzzles in the field, collecting evidence and traces and combining them to solve the case.
  • Disappearing Treasures. A detective game that involves finding a missing “treasure” in a designated area, with a step-by-step solution to the puzzle.
  • Laboratory Investigation. Children will take on the role of scientists, searching for evidence in the laboratory (e.g., fingerprint testing, substance analysis) to solve mysterious cases.
  • Mysterious Codes and Ciphers. Children will learn to solve puzzles through codes, ciphers, and logic puzzles, which they must discover during various missions.
  • Tracking Lost Animals. Participants will have to find missing animals or objects, using the clues, traces, and hints they left in the field.

  • 8:30 – 9:00 – recreational games and activities
  • 9:00 – 10:00 – presentation of attractions, integration games
  • 10:00 – 10:30 – breakfast
  • 10:30 – 12:00 – creative workshops
  • 12:00 – 13:00 – going to the park
  • 13:00 – 13:30 – lunch
  • 13:30 – 14:30 – rest, games, and activities
  • 14:30 – 16:00 – workshops, e.g., art workshops, riddles, and puzzles
  • 16:00 – 16:30 – afternoon snack
  • 16:30 – 17:00 – film screening, board games
  • 17:00 + free play
