How Anna Hady can help you?

I help women take care of themselves in significant moments of life. We work on building healthy relationships with yourself and those in your environment, on consciously entering motherhood, rediscovering yourself and your role as children grow up and become independent.

I help parents enjoy parenting now – in the moment and place they are today. We work by creating an authentic family culture that respects the individuality and dignity of all its’ members.

I help people in the process of professional change  in making important career decisions. We work on defining a coherent personal and professional identity, recognizing potential failure patterns, strengthening constructive action strategies and effective building personal and professional relationships.

You only live once, but if you live well, that’s enough.

I run my coaching practice using the Process Communication Model® and Strategic Intervention Coaching.

About the Process Communication Model® and Strategic Intervention Coaching

In PCM® and SI coaching, we arrange a package of sessions during which we implement a specific growth plan. We work on your resources, we take the steps in the direction that you choose, and your involvement in the process allows you to consolidate new, productive strategies.

Process Communication Model® is a psychological model of personality offering an effective tool for developing self-awareness, better knowledge and understanding of psychological needs, motivations and individual methods of communication. It allows you to use your full potential and see the potential of other people and build authentic relationships while respecting the individuality of each person. PCM provides tools to observe and understand yourself and others, predict non-constructive stress behaviors, take care of your needs and invite others to return to productive communication. This model supports building authentic relationships by developing effective communication and adequately responding to stressful situations of yours and others.

The PCM® model was developed in the 1960’s by Dr. Kahler and developed in collaboration with NASA. American scientists were interested in accurate predicting stress-induced behavior, quickly resolve conflicts and effectively guide astronauts through these situations during missions. Thanks to its remarkable effectiveness and scientific precision of determining psychological needs, preferred communication channels, perception and work environment, the model was quickly and successfully adopted in business, healthcare, education, and politics. (Bill Clinton and his administration were trained by Dr. Kahler, who later became the President’s personal adviser.)

In the PCM® package you receive a Personality Profile and a personalized Key to My Profile Report with an overview of the unique personality structure, strengths of character, environmental preferences, psychological needs, patterns of distress that sabotage your actions and containing an Individual Action Plan.

Strategic Intervention Coaching is a breakthrough strategy that allows you to create positive changes in life in a short time. SI is a holistic approach and is based on the use of the most practical and effective interventions and communication from many different scientific disciplines : Ericksonian therapy, Victor Frankl’s logotherapy, strategic family therapy, Human Needs Psychology, strategic and organizational studies as well as e.g. traditions of diplomacy and negotiation.

Strategic Intervention Coaching was developed by Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark and Magali Peysha. SI Coaching is distinguished by high efficiency thanks to the focus on expressing and satisfying psychological needs, which gives the benefit of quick results in a short time.
