Friday, February 9
Location: Meeting point in front of the St. Florian’s Cathedral. 11 am, walk is planned for around 2 hours. The event is a part of celebrations of 370th anniversary of Praga district establishment. Facebook event in English.
Location: Planetarium in Copernicus Science Center, Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 20 Street (Powiśle). 7 pm (45 min), audience age 15+. Live concert enhanced with visualizations on the planetarium dome. Facebook event in Polish.
Friday – Sunday, February 9-11
“The Royal Garden of Lights”
Location: Wilanów Palace Garden, Stanisława Kostki Potockiego 10/16 Street, 4 pm – 9 pm. Monday – Friday, regular tickets 10 PLN, reduced tickets 5 PLN. Saturday – Sunday, regular tickets 20 PLN, reduced tickets 10 PLN. Free admission for children under 7 (every day). It can be crowded during weekends, buy tickets online to skip the line (you can show your ticket on a smartphone). Mappings (illumination, picture, and sound) on the Palace facade on Saturdays and Sundays (15 minutes) at 5.30 pm, 6.30 pm, 7.30 pm, and 8.30 pm. The illuminations and mapping shows will be on until February 25.
LEGO Exhibition
Location: PGE National Stadium, Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1 Street (Praga). Monday – Friday 10 am – 9 pm, Saturday – Sunday 10 am – 8 pm. Click here to buy tickets online. Facebook event in Polish. Website in Polish. The Exhibition runs until March 25.
Saturday, February 10
Location: Klubokawiarnia Spacerówka Café (next to Łazienki Garden), Podchorążych 71/1 Street, free entrance, 11 am – 2 pm. You can leave a book and choose one in exchange. Kangurek Bookshop will also host a small bookfair where you can buy both new and used children’s English books. Facebook event in English.
Location: Warsaw Railway Museum (Stacja Muzeum), Towarowa 3 Street (Wola), 9 am – 5 pm. The Museum website in English. More about the event in English.
Location: “Museum on the Vistula” Pavilion, Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 22 Street (on the Vistula bank). 12 pm – 3 pm, there are no bookings, you can join at any time. Location: Łazienki Royal Garden, Stara Kordegarda building (check on the map), 10 am – 3 pm, free entrance, no need to register, you can join at any time. Apart from arts & crafts workshop, children will have a chance to learn what costumes were popular during 18th-century balls. Facebook event in Polish.
Carnival ball for children 3-6-year-old “Princesses and Princes”
Location: Wilanów Cultural Center, Kolegiacka 3 Street. 11 am – 12.30 pm. Free entrance, however, you have to book a spot at the reception desk or call 22 651 98 20. Facebook event in Polish. Children are asked to come dressed in carnival costumes.
Free yoga and meditation class
Location: Łazienki Royal Garden, 9 am – 11 am. During winter time the yoga class takes place in Podchorążówka Museum. Facebook event in Polish.

Free DIY workshop for children

Family workshop – “Stuffed toys emergency”
Location: Konstancin Cultural Center (Konstanciński Dom Kultury), Mostowa 15 Street, 3 pm – 6 pm, tickets 5 PLN. DIY workshop – repairing beloved stuffed toys. Facebook event in Polish.
“Einstein Academy – where does the sound come from” – workshop for children 4+

Saturday Roller Disco (roller skating and rollerblading)
Location: Wrotkarnia, Połczyńska 115 Street (Bemowo). 6 pm – 10 pm. Entrance fee + equipment rental (available sizes: 26-48) 24 PLN adults, 22 PLN children. Entrance fee 15 PLN adults, 14 PLN children. Facebook event in Polish. Children under 5 are not allowed in Wrotkarnia.
Guided tour in English by Orange Umbrella – Praga district

A chance to buy model railways and trains and meet railway modeling enthusiasts. During the event reduced tickets for everyone (6 PLN, children up to 7 free entrance). The Museum website in English.
