About GYM Generation

GYM Generation offers gymnastic classes for children aged 1-13 (6 age levels) with English-speaking sports instructors. It has four locations in Warsaw (Żoliborz, Mokotów, Wilanów, and Ursynów) with professional and colorful gym equipment for kids, offering morning, afternoon, and weekend classes.

Gymnastic classes with GYM Generation – enrollment is open!

  • Detailed weekly schedules in English on their website by location (September 2025 – January 2026)
  • The first trial class is free; you can sign up for the introduction class at your selected location at www.gymgeneration.pl
  • Questions in English or Polish: biuro@gymgeneration.pl

If you would like to see if these classes are for your child, you can sign up for a free trial class on the GYM Generation website.

The goals of GYM Generation classes:

  • Increase physical strength, coordination, and flexibility
  • Encourage socialization skills like sharing and taking turns
  • Develop independence, curiosity, and creativity
  • Encourage your child’s self-expression and access to language
  • Increase spatial awareness, perceptual development, and concept attainment
  • Cultivate cooperation, teamwork, and direction-taking
  • Prepare participants for preschool and kindergarten
  • Introduce participants to new challenges, skills, people, and places

Birthday parties with GYM Generation:

  • GYM Generation offers Active Sports Birthday Parties full of play, games, trampoline jumps, tunnels, and obstacle routes with music and laughs led by English-speaking professional sports instructors.
  • During GYM Generation birthday parties, kids play together for the entire time as one team in a very friendly, non-competitive environment.
  • Parties are for children aged 3,5+.
  • Four locations in Warsaw: Żoliborz, Mokotów, Wilanów and Ursynów.
