Group classes during the week and on weekends

  • Kiddos (kids aged 2-3). Participants explore new movements, sounds, and textures with parents and other children while developing their motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration.
  • Toddlers (kids aged 4-6). Children love to run, jump, and make mischief at this age. Games and movement activities in the Sensory Gym use this energy to develop physical fitness, motor coordination, and teamwork.
  • Juniors (kids aged 7-9). Children become increasingly independent and eager to face new challenges at this age. Sensory Gym classes develop their physical fitness, motor coordination, and the ability to think logically and strategically.

Individual classes tailored to the child’s needs and skills

  • During individual classes, the instructor focuses on the child’s development at his or her own pace. These classes can focus on specific problems the child is struggling with, such as sensory integration disorders, problems with motor coordination, or ADHD.
  • Individual classes are held at a time convenient for the parent and child.
  • The first session is a consultation with the instructor, during which he/she assesses the child’s development and needs. Based on the consultation, the instructor prepares a class plan. The classes are held in the form of play and are adapted to the child’s age and skills. The instructor monitors the child’s progress and modifies the class plan continuously.

Classes for children with intellectual disabilities

How can Sensory Gym classes help children with intellectual disabilities?

  • Improving physical fitness. Physical activities help children develop strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility, which is extremely important because physical development goes hand in hand with intellectual development.
  • Strengthening sensory integration. Movement activities stimulate the child’s various senses, which helps with sensory integration, supporting them to discover the world.
  • Improving social skills. Physical activities allow children to interact with other children and learn to cooperate.
  • Increasing self-confidence. Physical activities help children build a sense of success and faith in their own abilities.
  • Improving well-being. Physical activity is great fun and helps children reduce stress and tension.

“At Sensory Gym, we believe that movement and physical activity are important for every child, regardless of their abilities.”
