Fryderyk Chopin’s birthplace is in the village of Żelazowa Wola, in central Poland, 50 km west of Warsaw. The small house where Chopin was born is located in a beautiful park. There is a permanent exhibition in the house to tour and a temporary exhibition in the pavilion with the ticket office.

Summer 2025 Saturday & Sunday outdoor piano recitals of Chopin music

Every Saturday and Sunday from May 3, 2025, until September 28, 2025.
45-minute concerts: 12 pm and 3 pm.
Admission to the recitals is included in the admission ticket to the Park. The concerts are open-air.

How to get there?

The museum is located 50 km from Warsaw, 100 km from Łódź, next to the town of Sochaczew
By car: It takes about 1 hour from Warsaw, depending on the traffic. The paid parking lot is across the street

The Museum is open every day, except for selected public holidays (Mueum’s website in English with info about when the Museum is closed and current, depending on the season, opening hours)
