Skaryszewski Park is located in Praga district. It was created in 1905. It’s one of the largest parks in Warsaw (smaller than Łazienki Garden and Pole Mokotowskie)
Kamionkowskie Lake used to be a part of Vistula river (today’s area of Skaryszewski Park and Saska Kępa used to be an island, and then a peninsula). The Lake is located within the Skaryszewski Park. Kayak rentals are available (swimming in the Lake not allowed)

How to get there?

By car: you can look for a free parking spot in the area of Aleja Zieleniecka Street, Aleja Waszyngtona Street or Grochowska Street
By public transport:
- By metro (M2 line): Stadion Narodowy stop (requires about 10-minute walk, 1 km to Kamionkowskie Lake)
- By tram (lines no. 7, 9, 22, 24, 25): Rondo Waszyngtona stop (requires a few minutes walk)
- By bus (lines no. 102, 111, 117, 158, 166, 507, 517, 521): Rondo Waszyngtona stop (requires a few minutes walk)

Where to have lunch or coffee?

“Przystań” Restaurant is located on the shores of Kamionkowskie Lake, it serves pizza, soups, BBQ food, ice cream, etc.

In the Park, it is allowed to have a picnic or play on the grass. Kids can play in the playground
The Park alleys are suitable for biking or roller skating
In Skaryszewski Park, besides Kamionkowskie Lake, you will find ponds, small waterfall, several monuments, rose garden, and tennis courts
