About Montessori Stepping Stones

Montessori Stepping Stones is an English-speaking preschool located in Powsin (close to Wilanów, Ursynów, Konstancin areas), open to children aged 1,5 – 6. Montessori Stepping Stones follows the Montessori Philosophy which emphasizes the individuality of each child.

Montessori Preschool in Warsaw PolandCurriculum:

  • Montessori Stepping Stones provides a Montessori based Preschool Program. The Montessori method is an individual, child-centered approach that promotes independent learning. Montessori Stepping Stones main goals:
    • Facilitate the individual development of the child, both physical and mental, through a system that is focused on spontaneous use of the human intellect
    • Reinforce the child’s innate love of learning and exploration that will last throughout all their future life
    • Create in the child the sense of independence, self-discipline, concentration motivation and sensitivity to things around him/her
    • Help each child develop their self-confidence by not filling the child with facts but rather to cultivate his/her own natural desire to learn

Our teachers support young students to think and act independently even as they learn to explore the world in their own way.“
