BigDoor24.pl is a free online service that matches Expats with property professionals who speak their language, securing guaranteed commission discounts and Polish Mortgage cashbacks.

We are not a real estate agency nor are we aligned to one so our only loyalty is to you.

Property Rental/ Buy or Sell:

  • With over 4,000 property agencies in Poland it can be daunting to find the right person to help, With BigDoor24.pl, the process is just easier.
  • We share your requirements (not your contact details) with our network of co-operating agencies and then pass on to you those who wish to help. It’s entirely up to you who you wish to engage with.
  • Commission Discount – BigDoor24.pl demands any co-operating agencies offer you at least a 25 % discount off normal fees and we would encourage you to negotiate further reductions where applicable.

Polish Mortgages:

  • Poland’s real estate market is one of the most attractive countries for investors within the EU and BigDoor24.pl does two things in this area:
